To become a Nykaa PRO member, please go to https://www.nykaa.com/nykaa-pro-sign-up and register for a new Nykaa PRO account. You can also convert your existing personal account on Nykaa to a Nykaa PRO account through this process. Once you submit the sign-up form, Nykaa PRO will verify your details including the business credentials and reach out to you on your registered email address communicating the status of your membership. Nykaa PRO has brands, products and offers that are exclusively available for qualified beauty professionals. Hence, we require the business proof documentation to verify your eligibility for the same. Your documents are safe with us and are stored under highly restricted access.

Once you submit the form, we will verify the details and documents submitted by you. The process can take a maximum of 72 hours or 3 business days, after which you will receive an email from us on your registered email address communicating the status of your membership.

For now, the membership is absolutely free! This is a lifelong membership.

No, Nykaa PRO is a part of the Nykaa App. Once your account is verified as a PRO member, you will be able to view PRO-exclusive brands and offers on your Nykaa app homepage. These brands and offers will be highlighted with a ‘PRO+’ tag on the app homepage. Please remember to login to the app using your Nykaa PRO verified credentials.

Yes, you can share your GST details as a part of your documentation while sharing your form or mail us your GST certificate on prosupport@nykaa.com. Post that, you’ll be able to claim tax benefits on your Nykaa invoices.

Yes, absolutely. You can be both a Nykaa PRO and Prive customer if you meet the criteria of both programs individually.

You can certainly use Nykaa Reward Points on Nykaa PRO. Your accumulated reward points will reflect in your cart when you make the next purchase.

No, there is no minimum order quantity or value required to purchase as a Nykaa PRO member.

All other Nykaa PRO members can avail these two offers without any further documentation.
