1. Use of Platform

Welcome to www.nykaa.com ( "Site" or "Nykaa " ). The website www.nykaa.com is owned and operated by Nykaa E-Retail Private Limited (" NYKAA "), and the retail stores i.e. Nykaa Luxe and Nykaa On Trend is operated under FSN Brands Marketing Private Limited ("FSN B") a company incorporated under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 with its registered office at 104, Vasan Udyog Bhavan, Sun Mill Compound, S.B.Marg, Tulsi Pipe Road, Lower Parel, Mumbai 400 013 India. Nykaa and FSN B are together referred to as NYKAA and the Site and retail stores are together referred as Platform. You may be accessing our Site from a computer or mobile phone device (through an iOS or Android application, for example) and these Terms of Use govern your use of our Site and your conduct, regardless of the means of access. You may also be using our interactive services (" Interactive Services "), such as our Beauty Suggestions, Beauty Book etc. and the Beauty Services wherein you can book any beauty service provided by our beauty partners (" Beauty Services ") and these Terms of Use also govern your use of the Interactive and Beauty Services. These Terms of Use govern all the products offered on the Platform including the Interactive and Beauty Services.
The Platform is only to be used for your personal non-commercial use and information. Your use of the services and features of the Platform shall be governed by these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter " Terms of Use ") along with the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Cancellation, Refund and Return Policy (together " Policies ") as modified and amended from time to time.
By mere accessing or using the Platform, you are acknowledging, without limitation or qualification, to be bound by these Terms of Use and the Polices, whether you have read the same or not. ACCESSING, BROWSING OR OTHERWISE USING THE PLATFORM INDICATES YOUR UNCONDITIONAL AGREEMENT TO ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN THIS AGREEMENT, SO PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE PROCEEDING . NYKAA reserves the unilateral right to change the particulars contained in the Terms of Use or the Policies from time to time and at any time, without notice to its users and in its sole discretion. If NYKAA decides to change the Terms of Use or Policies, NYKAA will post the new version of the Terms of Use or the Policies on the Site and update the date specified above. Any change or modification to the Terms of Use and the Policies will be effective immediately from the date of such upload of the Terms of Use and Policies on the Site. Your continued use of the Platform following the modifications to the Terms of Use and Policies constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms of Use and Policies whether or not you have read them. We understand the importance of safeguarding your personal information and we have formulated a Privacy Policy, to ensure that your personal information is sufficiently protected. Apart from these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy shall also govern your visit and use of the Site. This Site is directed to be used by adults only. We assume that any minor, if at all, accessing our Site is under the supervision of their guardians. NYKAA or its associates do not knowingly collect information from minors. You will be responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your account, password, and restricting access to your computer, and you hereby accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account and password. You acknowledge that the information you provide, in any manner whatsoever, are not confidential or proprietary and does not infringe any rights of a third party in whatsoever nature

If you are accessing, browsing and using the Site on someone else’s behalf; you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to all the terms and conditions herein. In the event that the person refuses to be bound as the principal to the Terms of Use, you agree to accept liability for any harm caused by any wrongful use of the Site resulting from such access or use of the Site in whatsoever nature

If you know or have reasons to believe that the security of your account has been breached, you should contact us immediately at the 'Contact Information' provided below. If we have found a breach or suspected breach of the security of your account, we may require you to change your password, temporarily or permanently block or suspend your account without any liability to NYKAA.

We reserve the right to refuse service and/or terminate accounts without prior notice if these Terms of Use are violated or if we decide, in our sole discretion, that it would be in Nykaa’s and NYKAA’s best interests to do so. You are solely responsible for all contents that you upload, post, email or otherwise transmit via the Site.The information provided to us shall be maintained by us in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. Product & Services Information

NYKAA attempts to be as accurate as possible in the description of the product on the Platform. However, NYKAA does not warrant that the product description, colour, information or other content of the Platform is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. The Site may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. The product pictures are indicative and may not match the actual product.

NYKAA reserves the right to correct, change or update information, errors, inaccuracies or omissions at any time (including after an order has been submitted ) without prior notice. Please note that such errors, inaccuracies or omissions may also relate to pricing and availability of the product or services.

5. Product Use & Services

The products and services available on the Platform, and the samples, if any, that Platform may provide you, are for your personal and/or professional use only. The products or services, or samples thereof, which you may receive from us, shall not be sold or resold for any/commercial reasons.

In case any products or beauty services purchased / received / availed causes side effects or doesn’t suit you, please note that NYKAA is in no manner responsible for any manufactural side-effects or service provider and manufacturer or service provider of the product or service shall be solely responsible for such side effects and consumer complaints. You should carefully read the individual terms and conditions in relation to the products and beauty services and consult a specialist before the use of the same.

6. Recommendation of the Product & Services

Any recommendation made to you in the Site during the course of your use of the Site is purely for informational purposes and for your convenience and does not amount to endorsement of the product or services by NYKAA or any of its associates in any manner.

7. Pricing Information

NYKAA strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, however errors may occur.

NYKAA cannot confirm the price of the product until you make the order. Without limiting the generality of Clause 8 (Cancellations, Refunds and Returns) below, if a product / service is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to any technical error, NYKAA shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product/ service, unless the product has already been delivered or the service has already been availed by you. In the event that an item is wrongly priced, NYKAA may, at its discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Unless the product ordered by you has been delivered and the services are availed, your offer will not be deemed accepted and NYKAA will have the right to modify the price of the product/ service and contact you for further instructions using the e-mail address provided by you during the time of registration or placing of order, or cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation. In the event that NYKAA accepts your order the same shall be debited to your credit card/ debit card account and duly notified to you by email that the payment has been processed. The payment may be processed prior to NYKAA’s dispatch of the product that you have ordered. If we have to cancel the order after we have processed the payment, the said amount will be reversed to your credit / debit card account.

PRICES AND AVAILABILITY OF THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES PROVIDED OR OFFERRED ON THE SITE ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE AND AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF NYKAA. NYKAA may revise and cease to make available any product/ services at anytime. In the event, NYKAA is unable to deliver the product to you on time or at all, you will be notified by an e-mail and your order will be automatically cancelled due to unavailability of the product or at your instructions due to failure to deliver the product on the expected time of delivery by our delivery partners. NYKAA shall not be liable to pay for any damages in such an event owing to cancellation of the order or delay in delivery.

9. Mode of Payment

Payments for the products available on the Site may be made in the following ways:

  • Payments can be made by Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, e-Gift cards, and reward points.
  • Credit card, Debit Card and Net Banking payment options are instant payment options and recommended to ensure faster processing of your order.
  • Cash On Delivery option is not available for orders outside India.

12. Chat Functionality

The Chat Functionality has been provided to help you with any and all Site related queries. Any use of this service shall be subject to the following conditions:

  • NYKAA may suspend the chat service at any time without notice.
  • NYKAA or its executives are not responsible for any delay caused in attending to or replying to the queries via chat.
  • Communication through chat may be stored by NYKAA for future reference, and the user of such service will not have the right to access such information at any future date.
  • While 'chatting' you may not communicate any objectionable information i.e. unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene information.
  • The chat room shall not be used to sell any products, to give suggestion on business opportunity or any other form of solicitation.
  • You may proceed further and chat with our online customer care executive only if you agree to the above terms and conditions.
13. User Content

The information, photo, image, chat communication, text, software, data, music, sound, graphics, messages, videos or other materials transmitted, uploaded, posted, emailed or otherwise made available to us (" User Content "), are entirely your responsibility and we will not be held responsible, in any manner whatsoever, in connection to the User Content. You agree to not encourage or assist or engage others as well as yourself in transmitting, hosting, displaying, uploading, modifying, publishing transmitting, updating or sharing any information that

  1. belongs to another person and to which the user does not have any right to;
  2. is grossly harmful, harassing, blasphemous defamatory, obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically objectionable, disparaging, relating or encouraging money laundering or gambling, trolling, propoganda or otherwise unlawful in any manner whatever;
  3. harm minors in any way;

  6. deceives or misleads the addressee about the origin of such messages or communicates any information which is grossly offensive or menacing in nature;
  7. impersonate another person;
  8. contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer resource;
  9. threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states, or public order or causes incitement to the commission of any cognizable offence or prevents investigation of any offence or is insulting any other nation.

NYKAA shall in no way be held responsible for examining or evaluating User Content, nor does it assume any responsibility or liability for the User Content. NYKAA does not endorse or control the User Content transmitted or posted on the Site by you and therefore, accuracy, integrity or quality of User Content is not guaranteed by NYKAA. You understand that by using the Site, you may be exposed to User Content that is offensive, indecent or objectionable to you. Under no circumstances will NYKAA be liable in any way for any User Content, including without limitation, for any errors or omissions in any User Content, or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred by you as a result of the use of any User Content transmitted, uploaded, posted, e-mailed or otherwise made available via the Site. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing or any other provision of these Terms and Conditions, NYKAA has the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms and Conditions or is otherwise objectionable and further reserves the right to refuse service and/or terminate accounts without prior notice for any users who violate these Terms and Conditions or infringe the rights of others.

If you wish to delete your User Content on our Site or in connection with our mobile applications, please contact us by email at support@nykaa.com and request you to include the following personal information in your deletion request: first name, last name, user name/screen name (if applicable), email address associated with our Site and/or mobile applications, your reason for deleting the posting, and date(s) of posting(s) you wish to delete (if you have it). We may not be able to process your deletion request if you are unable to provide such information to us. Please allow up to 30 business days to process your deletion request.

14. Intellectual Property Rights

The "Nykaa", "Nykaa Luxe" and "Nykaa On Trend" name and logo and all related product and service names, design marks and slogans are the trademarks, logos or service marks (hereinafter referred to as "Marks" ) of NYKAA. All other Marks provided on the Site are the property of their respective companies. No trademark or service mark license is granted in connection with the materials contained on this Site. Access to this Site does not authorize anyone to use any Marks in any manner. Marks displayed on this Site, whether registered or unregistered, of NYKAA or others, are the intellectual property of their respective owners, and NYKAA shall not be held liable in any manner whatsoever for any unlawful, unauthorized use of the Marks.

NYKAA and its suppliers and licensors expressly and exclusively reserve all the intellectual property rights in all text, programs, products, processes, technology, content, software and other materials, which appear on this Site, including its looks and feel. The compilation (meaning the collection, arrangement and assembly ) of the content on the Site is the exclusive property of NYKAA and are protected by the Indian copyright laws and International treaties. Consequently, the materials on this Site shall not be copied, reproduced, duplicated, republished, downloaded, posted, transmitted, distributed or modified in whole or in part or in any other form whatsoever, except for your personal, non-commercial use only. NYKAA reserves the right, at any time, without notice, and at its sole discretion, to terminate your license to use the Site and to block and prevent your future access the Site.

NYKAA shall have the right, at any time, to change or discontinue any aspect or feature of the Site, including, but not limited to, content, hours of availability and equipment needed for access or use. NYKAA does not accept any responsibility and will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever arising out of or in connection with any ability/inability to access or to use the Site.

NYKAA do not assume any responsibility for examining or evaluating the offerings of the off-websites pages or any other websites linked from the Site. We shall not be responsible for the actions, content, products, or services of such pages and websites, including, without limitation, their privacy policies and terms and conditions. You should carefully review the terms and conditions and privacy policies of all off-website pages and other websites that you visit via the Site.

19. Termination

These Terms of Use are effective unless and until terminated by either you or NYKAA.

You may terminate the Terms of Use at any time, provided that you discontinue any further use of this Site. NYKAA may terminate the Terms of Use at any time and may do so without notice, and accordingly deny you access to the Site, such termination will be without any liability to the Site.

Upon any termination of the Terms of Use by either you or NYKAA, you must promptly destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from this Site, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under the Terms of Use or otherwise. Any such termination of the Terms of Use shall not cancel your obligation to pay for the product already ordered from the Site or affect any liability that may have arisen under the Terms of Use.

20. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless NYKAA, its employees, directors, officers, agents and their successors and assigns, its holding, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, or licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including attorney's fees, caused by or arising out of claims based upon your actions or inactions, which may result in any loss or liability to NYKAA or any third party including but not limited to breach of any warranties, representations or undertakings or in relation to the non-fulfillment of any of your obligations under the Terms of Use, or arising out of the your violation of any applicable laws, regulations including but not limited to Intellectual Property Rights, payment of statutory dues and taxes, claim of libel, defamation, violation of rights of privacy or publicity, loss of service by other subscribers and infringement of intellectual property or other rights. This clause shall survive the expiry or termination of the Terms of Use.

21. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The Terms of Use and the Policies shall be construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India. For proceedings arising therein the Courts at Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Any dispute or difference either in interpretation or otherwise, of the Terms of Use and other Policies on the Site, between the parties hereto, shall be referred to an independent arbitrator who will be appointed by mutually and his decision shall be final and binding on the parties hereto. The above arbitration shall be in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 as amended from time to time. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be held in Mumbai.

Without any prejudice to particulars listed in Clause 13 above, NYKAA shall have the right to seek and obtain any injunctive, provisional or interim relief from any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its trade-mark or other intellectual property rights or confidential information or to preserve the status quo pending arbitration.

For disputes relating to orders outside India, International arbitration rules of Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996 shall apply. The seat and venue of international arbitration shall be Mumbai.

22. Site Security

You are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of the Site, including, without limitation,

  1. accessing data not intended for you or logging onto a server or an account which you are not authorized to access;

Shipping Policy
How does the delivery process work?
  • Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in a perfect condition.
  • After they pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.
  • Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possiblity. In case, they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.
  • International Shipping – International clients do not pay import duties levied by their government to Nykaa. Clients will have to pay the customs duty to the courier provider in order to receive the product.
How are items packaged?

We package our products in boxes, which are covered in a plastic layer. Each individual product is packaged in bubble wrap while fragile items like bottles are safely secured with additional bubble wrap.

We pride ourselves on the quality of our packaging.

What is the range of locations to which Nykaa ships their products?

Nykaa ships throughout India! Nykaa now ships to Nepal; login soon to our website as we add more countries to our shipping locations.

My order has been shipped. Now how can I track it?
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation message on your registered email and phone number. As we prepare and ship your order within 24 hours of the confirmation, you can then check the status of your package through the 'Track' button on the 'My Orders' section. You can also choose to receive your order updates on WhatsApp.
What is the estimated delivery time?

We usually dispatch most orders within 1-4 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays)

  • Though, we keep 95% of our catalogue in our inventory, certain products need to be sourced directly from the brand itself so that we can live up to our promise of providing fresh, non-expired products.
  • While we are trying our best to avoid this situation, these products might delay your order. However, in case of international orders, product delivery may get delayed due to reasons attributable to logistics, public holidays, etc.
  • If you are ordering our products from a Mega Sale event, dispatches may be a bit delayed due to increased volumes. We will target to dispatch all orders within 5 days of order date.
My order will be shipped in multiple shipments? What does this mean?

Don’t worry! This is a completely normal situation. This just means that different parts of your order may have simply been shipped from our different warehouse locations. Rest assured, you will only have to pay the shipping/CoD charge if applicable, on the first package you receive.

International orders, in most instances, will be shipped in their entirety as one shipment.

Are there any shipping charges applicable on my order?
  • We have standard shipping charges for most addresses.
  • India shipping charges - A flat Rs.70 charge is applied to all orders below Rs.499, while there is free shipping for all orders above Rs.499.
  • International shipping charges-A flat rate of all Rs.500 will be charged for all orders below Rs.5000, while there is free shipping for all orders above Rs.5000.
  • We are currently not accepting Cash On Delivery orders below Rs.499 or above Rs.50,000.
Does Nykaa ship outside India?

At present Nykaa ships only to Nepal. However, we are working on starting international delivery to many other countries, so stay tuned!

Cancellation and Return Policy
Cancellation before shipment (Only valid on orders placed & delivery in India):

If the order of the item(s) that you want to cancel has not been shipped yet, you can raise your cancellation request via the following routes :

  1. Via 'My Orders' section
    Go to your account > Click on 'Orders' > Go to the order you want to cancel and select 'Order Details' > Click on 'Cancel Item' > Select the item(s) in your order that you would like to cancel and provide the reason for cancellation and 'Confirm' > Once submitted, your item(s) will be cancelled and your refund will be processed.
  2. Via the Help Center
    Click on 'Have a Concern' > 'Write To Us' > 'Submit a Request' > Provide us with your order ID details and your request to cancel your order. > Our service representative will review your query and revert in 24 hours.
  3. Via Email or Call
    Send an email to our customer support team at support@nykaa.com to cancel your order along with your order ID details. Or call us on 1800-267-4444 (Monday To Saturday, 8AM to 10PM and Sunday 8AM to 7PM).
How will I get refunded for the cancelled orders and how long will this process take?

In case of cancellation before shipment, we process the refund within 24-48 business hours after receiving the cancellation request.

In case of cancellation once the shipment has already been dispatched or if it is being returned, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.

  • For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
  • For cash on delivery transactions, we will initiate a bank transfer against the refund amount against the billing details shared by you. This process will be completed within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back and your bank details on email. It will take an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
  • In addition, we also provide a hassle-free option to refund your amount directly to your Nykaa Wallet , which can be used during future purchases.
What if I used discount vouchers or loyalty points during time of payment and I have to cancel my order?

Discount vouchers are intended for one-time use only and shall be treated as used even if you cancel the order.
If you had redeemed loyalty points for an order, the same will be credited back to your account in the case of a cancellation.

Returns, Replacements and Refunds

How do I return an item purchased on Nykaa?
Indian Orders:

Nykaa offers its customers an ’Easy return policy’, wherein you can raise a return/exchange request of a product within 15 days of its delivery. We also accept partial returns wherein you can raise a return request for one or all products in your order.

  • Step 1: Follow one of the following steps:
    1. Via My Orders section
      Click on 'Orders'. Go to Order and select 'Have a Concern'. Proceed with reason for return.
    2. Via Help Center
      Click on 'Have a Concern'>Click on 'Submit a Request' > Provide us with your order ID details and your request to return/replace/refund your order. Kindly share an image of the product and the invoice for our reference
    3. Via Email
      Share an email to our Customer support team at support@nykaa.com within 15 business days of receiving the order.
  • Step 2: Once your request is received, we will be responsible to pick the item from you. We will initiate the refund or replacement process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and bar-codes intact.

Note: If it is a case of replacement, it is subject to the availability of stock. In cases when a replacement may not be available, we will refund you the full amount.

International Orders:

Products can only be eligible for returns if the products received by the customer are deemed to have been received in a damaged / defective state or are expired or an incorrect product has been delivered. Such products can only be returned in their original packaging, in an unused and sealed condition. [Opened or used products will not be accepted as returns.]

If a return is accepted, Nykaa will replace or refund the invoiced rupee value for, the damaged / defective / expired / wrong product. In either case, the additional customs amount paid by the customer to receive the product will be reimbursed to the customer in the form of a refund coupon, that can be applied to the customer’s next order with Nykaa, subject to the customer providing a copy of the customs receipt.

Note: If it is a case of replacement, it is subject to the availability of stock. In cases when a replacement may not be available, we will refund you the full amount. Kindly refer to the next question for exclusions to refunds.

Which are the items that cannot be returned/exchanged?
Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
  • Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse
  • Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged
  • Serial Number is tampered with.
  • Defective products that are not covered under Seller/Manufacturer’s warranty
  • Product is used or altered
  • If request is initiated after 15 business days of order delivery
  • Free product provided by brand
Categories not eligible for Return:
  • Customized Products (eg: lipsticks, compacts, mascaras, etc) cannot be returned since they are available during select promotions and ordered on demand
  • Personal care appliances cannot be returned due to hygiene issues

I have received a damaged or defective item/wrong product in my order, how should I proceed?

Our shipments go through rigorous quality check processes before they leave our warehouse. However in the rare case that your product is damaged during shipment or transit, you can request for a replacement or cancellation and refund.

If you have received an item in a damaged/defective condition or have been sent a wrong product, you can follow a few simple steps to initiate your return/refund within 15 days of receiving the order:

Do I have to return the free gift when I return a product?

Yes. The free gift is included as a part of the item order and needs to be returned along with the originally delivered product.

Can I return part of my order?

Yes. A return can be created at item level and if you have ordered multiple items, you can initiate a return/replacement/refund for any individual item. However, any product being returned needs to be returned in full including all components as well as any complimentary gifts or products which came along with it.

1.Background

Customer satisfaction is one of the key focus area and integral part of Nykaa’s founding principles and business policies. We strongly believe that customer satisfaction is the most important factor in the growth and development of our business and hence, at Nykaa we have adopted customer centricity as a priority in developing our business processes. This Customer Grievance Redressal Policy summarises and outlines the framework for addressing customer grievances.

2.Objective

The objective of this Grievance Policy is to provide a framework:

  1. to ensure provision of timely and effective resolution of issues raised by customers.
  2. to keep customers informed about the manner in which they can reach out to us to resolve their queries and grievances.
3.Principles governing the Grievance policy

Policy on grievance redressal is governed by the following principles:

  • Customer shall be treated fairly at all times.
  • Issues raised by customers are always attended with courtesy and in time.
  • Customers are provided with effective and satisfactory resolution within reasonable time period.
  • Customers are fully informed of avenues to escalate their issues/ grievances if they are not fully satisfied with the response to their complaints.

  • Lodge a ticket with the Customer Service Team
    • The customer may. Choose to lodge a complaint at https://support.nykaa.com/submit-request.php. A ticket number shall be provided on customer’s registered email address for each complaint lodged through which the consumer can track the status of the complaint. On response/follow up calls or emails, The Customer Service representative may ask for the ticket number from the customer for verification purpose.

    • On Nykaa App and Desktop (Mon to Sat, 8AM to 10PM and Sun, 10AM to 7 PM)

Specific complaint numbers will be given to the complaints lodged by the customers to help them track the status of their complaints.

  • Customers will be offered a customer support facility during the business hours (Mon to Sat, 8AM to 10PM and Sun, 10AM to 6 PM)

6.Need to Know:
  • Nykaa DOES NOT solicit confidential details like your OTP/CVV/PIN/Card Number/ Bank account details through any means. Nykaa never call users/customers with offers, discounts on products and offering free gifts.
  • Scamsters/fraudsters attempt various techniques such as ‘phishing’, to contact, influence and defraud consumers. Nykaa regularly cautions its customers against sharing any personal or payment sensitive information with unknown persons as such sharing leads to unauthorized use and/or fraud and consequent financial loss.
  • Nykaa shall not be liable for any loss, damage, expense incurred by a customer where the customer has shared personal and/or payment sensitive information with scamsters/fraudsters.
  • We also request and encourage our customers to report such attempts or incidents to our Grievance officer (or Customer care) to enable us to investigate and explore legal recourse.
  • Nykaa reserves the right to divert the e-mails to support@nykaa.com in event customers have directly written to grievanceofficercs@nykaa.com without exhausting the Grievance Redressal communication Procedure mentioned above
  • Nykaa relies on payment partners and banks. In certain cases involving payment/refund issues, we might see a delay as that is beyond our control once we pass the investigation to them however, we try our best not to exceed timelines stated in this policy
