Hey,- Eat more green vegetables, fruits And drink more n more amount of water. Constipation can trigger this type of bumps especially on forehead.- Maintain basic skin care routine. With SA based cleanser, moisturizer and sunscreen- Try chemical exfoliation under supervision- It's good to consult a dermatologist if not improving

Use cepatil moisturizer Becz my sis too affected by this and Doctor recommend to use cepatil moisturizer and sunscreen la shied Fisco matter (all skin types)
