You can use it for your own as , but it has SPF 20  which is better for baby's skin.  But for adults I would recommend you to use Mamaearth's ultra light Indian sunscreen with SPF 50 PA+++ which is specally designed for adult's skins as their skin is little bit harsh than the babies. .

You can use mamaearth ultra light indian sunscreen...this is best for adults.. it's very effective , light and non greasy product..it protect your skin with sun rays..
