Vitamin C from ascorbic acid (the best form available in the market) helps the formation of collagen and reduces free radical damage to body cells.
Biotin helps in energy production and a wide range of metabolic processes like breaking down fats, carbohydrates, and amino acids. It helps in the formation of fatty acids that nourishes skin, hair and nails. Biotin also helps in collagen formation, helping skin with that youthful glow.
