5. Can balance in my Wallet expire?
Nykaa Wallet has two currencies. Balance in Nykaa Cash bucket would never expire. But balance in Nykaa Rewards bucket has expiry of 1 year from the date of credit of balance.
6. Can I use the balance in Nykaa Wallet with other payment modes?
In case you are a short of balance in Nykaa Wallet, you have add the difference money to wallet and place order. You can not use the Nykaa wallet balance with other payment modes.
7. Can I withdraw balance to my bank account from Nykaa Wallet?
You can not withdraw balance in your Nykaa Wallet to your Bank account. It can only be used to purchase products/ services at Nykaa.
8. I tried to add money, the amount got debited from my bank account but it didn't reflect in Nykaa Wallet. What do I do?
It rarely happens that the payment is successful, but bank failed to notify us in time. We sync the status about your payment every 20 minutes, and credit the balance, if already not credited. Even if it is not credited after 20 minutes, contact nykaa customer support team.
9. Where would I receive refund if I placed order through Nykaa Wallet?
The refund amount would be credited to Nykaa Wallet in Nykaa Cash bucket.
10. Can I use Nykaa Wallet balance outside nykaa with some other ecommerce sites?
Nykaa Wallet balance can't be used outside Nykaa. It can be used only on Nykaa site/app to purchase goods and services.
11. I placed order through Nykaa Wallet but didn't receive cashback as promised.
