Umm honestly if you're 11 then you don't need makeup, but still if youre doing it, you really have to take take of you skin too then. Focus more on skincare than makeup.Also, you can the the basics if you want. For such small age, i don't recommend to use any sort of makeup.. I myself started makeup at the age of 21 and still apply makeup occasionally... But still if u want to apply makeup for functions like school functions, stage performances, go for good brands so that it will not affect your skin.. You can use brands like maybelline, loreal, nykaa cosmetics etc.. as they are affordable and provides good quality too.. You can also try high end brands like mac, estee lauder Bobbi brown etc.
