I used to have the same problem before. But then I started a strict regime for my skin. I use the biotique cucumber toner, then Aroma magic juniper berry oil free moisturizer and the main step-primer. I use the oriflame one, but you can use any which you think is suitable for your skin. Now, wait for 2 minutes at least in between these steps and then finish it with BB cream or Fit me Foundation. Also dab your face with tissues in between steps to absorb any oil.
