Q: I had ordered this sheet mask from Nykaa last week of face shop green tea. When I opened it today it was pale yellow in color which shouldn’t have been the case. Where can I get the replacement or refund? Please advice

I think that’s how it looks. I had ordered a face shop green tea mask too and it was pale yellow
