Don't starve..eat properly..but only healthy food.. Add salads, pulses, beans and whole grains to ur diet.. Subtract oily, greasy, junk, sugary food.. Drink lots of water..

Do skipping, running, brisk walking.. 

Koi gym ki jrurat nai..bhukhe bhi nai rehna h..trust me..dhng se khao.. Healthy food.. Active rho.. 2-3 mahine me result dikh jaega..
