Scabies is a parasitic infestation of the skin, not a bacterial infection. It is better to visit a dermatologist or a general practitioner to get properly diagnosed and treated because one will need prescription medications(topical or oral) if diagnosed  with scabies. It is a highly contagious disease which can affect your family members and can lead to complications if not fully treated.

Try Neem oil , it has the antisecptic and anti bacterial properties which helps to kill scabies causing bacteria. Just apply the oil on the affected area and let it absorb , you can even try the applying the neem leaves paste to speed up the healing process.
