This eyeliner is one of the best in the market. It dries up in seconds and is super super glossy and pigmented. The best part about it is, it comes out as a sticker and doesn't make the eye area dark after washing, like other liners do. This is totally smudge proof and very lightweight. I love it. I've used three packs of it already.
