Already got a Livia? It is recommended you replace your gel pads once a month with Livia Gel Pads 6 Months Supply. Each month, a new pair of disposable Livia gel pads must be applied to the back of the Livia flower pads (electrodes) after removing and disposing of the prior pair. The gel pads are what allow the flower pads to gently stick to the skin. Livia Gel Pads are to be used with the Livia Period Pain and Cramp Relief Device Kit only and cannot be used individually or separately.
