Here’s what you need to do to make your lips look bigger (no fillers or surgery needed):

1. Get Prepped

3. Lay The Foundation
It’s important to ace your base on your lips too. Lightly pat on some lightweight foundation or concealer onto your lips spreading it just a tad over your lip line to fake a fuller lip. 5. Get In Line
We’ll let you in on a secret. Always use a lip liner. Overdraw your lip line with a lip liner that’s one or two shades darker than your natural lip color. Why? ‘Coz this makes your final lip look richer, plumper and more realistic. Now, use the liner to fill in the space between the line you’ve drawn and your natural lip line. You can use the lip liner to fill in your lips or bring out the big guns - lipstick.

Maybe this is information overload but here’s something else you need to know: darker lip colors tend to flatten the appearance of your lips. If Kylie Jenner-esque pouty lips are your thing, you need to steer clear of darks and opt for nudes and pale pinks instead. Glossy lipstick will highlight the overdrawn lip line, and nobody wants that, so don’t forget to use a matte lipstick.
