Dr. Vishakha Shivdasani has a fellowship in nutrition and specializes in treating obesity, diabetes, cholesterol and other chronic lifestyle ailments. She sees patients with diabetes, dyslipidemias, polycystic ovaries, hypertension, obesity and other chronic lifestyle ailments twice a week. For the rest of the week she runs a regular family practice. Dr. Shivdasani does not prescribe calorie restricted or crash diets. She believes that to lose weight and look good, it’s more important to be and feel fit. She also runs workshops for corporates on ‘Wellness in the Workplace’. She has written for several publications.
