It is a tiered program with three different tiers i.e. Member, Gold & Platinum.
The only thing you need to do is to shop with us for a minimum amount of Rs. 2000 to join our
Prive program.
To join our Nykaa Prive program, you only need to spend a minimum of Rs. 2,000 with us
You only need to keep shopping - spend Rs. 2,000 to become Prive Member, Rs. 5,000 to become
Prive Gold and Rs. 10,000 to become Prive Platinum. As soon as you spend any of the above

Nykaa Prive
Nykaa Prive is Nykaa’s loyalty program which is open to registered Users on the Nykaa platform
(“Platform”).
Membership
Free Membership:
There are three tiers of membership for Nykaa Prive basis the total purchase price paid for
the Products (less GST, Returns and delivery charges) (“Purchases”). There is no membership
fee to participate in Nykaa’s Prive Membership. Users are required to be registered on the
Nykaa Platform.
Users who make a minimum Purchases of INR 2000 (excluding returns ) on the platform, shall
be eligible for Nykaa Privé membership’s Base Tier Prive Member.
Users who make a minimum Purchases of minimum INR 5000, in a rolling year (excluding
returns), shall be eligible or get upgraded for Nykaa Privé membership’s Middle Tier, i.e.
Prive Gold.
Users who make a minimum purchase of minimum INR 10,000, in a rolling year (excluding
returns), shall be eligible for or get upgraded to Nykaa Privé membership’s Top Tier, i.e.
Prive Platinum.
Once a User passes the above mentioned threshold(s), the User shall be notified on their
registered email id about their membership registration and/or upgrades as part of the Nykaa
Privé program. This notification shall be sent only to registered Users of the platform to
their respective registered email id of such registered User after the return window closes
post exceeding the qualifying threshold(s) purchase (Excluding returns).
Eligibility:
Membership in the program is limited to Registered Users only and is limited to one
registered account. By enrolling for Nykaa Privé, you agree (or, if you are a Minor, your
parent or legal guardian agrees) to be bound by these terms and conditions. To register with
us, you must provide your first name, last name, mailing address and phone number and also
accept our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
Online Account Maintenance:
Once you are a registered user of the platform, you may view a summary of your account on
the platform. After logging onto the platform, simply click on “Your Account" to change any
information on your account.
Earning Points and Redeeming Benefits
General:
Members can earn Nykaa Rewards points on the purchase of eligible products only. For all
online purchases, you must be a registered user of the platform and have linked your account
with your online account to get points for online purchases. You must be signed into this
account to receive any offers.
Earning Rate:
Members under Base Tier, Prive Member, will earn one (1) point for every INR 1 spent when
they purchase. For example, if you spend Rs.50, you will receive 50 points. Members in the
Middle Tier, Prive Gold will earn one (1) point for every INR 1 spent when they purchase,
except in the case of multiplier events where the requirements and the points to be earned
for every INR 1 spent shall be specified as such. Members under Top Tier, Prive Platinum,
will earn one (1) points for every INR 1 spent when they purchase except in the case of
multiplier events where the requirements and the points to be earned for every INR 1 spent
shall be specified as such.
All qualifying Nykaa Privé users may earn extra points for every INR 1 spent on certain
pre-decided, qualifying days or actions, in addition to any points they may receive for
those purchases as outlined in their respective tier.
Birthday Points Multiplier:
In addition, on their qualifying product purchases made online, Nykaa Privé members may
receive additional points, if the members make a purchase in their birthday month. Members
with a valid email and their birthday entered in their account profile can receive
additional points during their birthday month (subject to members making a purchase in the
birthday month). Please refer to the ‘Nykaa Prive Page’ page to refer to the additional
points offered by tier.
Birthday Gift:
In addition to earning points on their qualifying product purchases made online, Middle and
Top Tier Nykaa Privé members (Prive Gold and Prive Platinum) will receive a free birthday
gift, if they make a purchase in their birthday month. The selection of the free birthday
gift will be at Nykaa’s discretion. Nykaa Privé reserves the right to change the free
birthday gift products and policy at any time.
Exclusive Surprise Coupons and Exclusive Sales :
Nykaa Prive users may be eligible for user specific coupons, which can be redeemed in line
with the terms of the respective coupon. Nykaa may also offer from time to time, certain
time-bound exclusive sales offers catering only to specific tiers of Nykaa Prive.
Free Shipping:
Nykaa Privé offers free shipping to Prive Gold and Prive Platinum members. Please note
orders on Nykaa can only be placed on the basis of a certain minimum order value and free
shipping shall be provided for all orders that meet that threshold.
Others:
a. Nykaa Prive users will be also eligible for select offers, as per availability and as
and when rolled out. Additionally these offers will vary by Tiers of Nykaa Prive, please
read terms and conditions carefully before shopping. b. Beauty bars and masterclasses -
Members under all Tiers will get access to selected beauty bars and masterclasses - whenever
made available for access. C. Customer service premium line - Platinum TIer users will get
access to a premium customer service experience through the customer service team, provided
however that this offer may not apply during festive and sale period when the customer
service team is engaged in a higher number of calls.
